तक्रारदाराने हॉटेल,जमीन,घर गहाण ठेवून दिले पैसे! गुन्हा दाखल !
औरंगाबाद- ‘वाईन शॉप’चा परवाना मिळवून देतो असे आमीष दाखवून तब्बल एक कोटी 92 लाख रुपयांची फसवणूक केल्याप्रकरणी तत्कालिन राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क मंत्री व सामाजिक न्यायमंत्री दिलीप कांबळे यांच्यासह चौघांवर सिडको पोलिस ठाण्यात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे. कोर्टाच्या आदेशाने गुन्ह्याची नोंद करण्यात आली आहे. प्रकरणातील चौघांपैकी दिलीप काळभोर याचा अटकपूर्व जामीन न्यायालयाने फेटाळून लावलाय.
विलास चव्हाण यांनी फसवणूक केल्याचा गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे. मिळालेली माहिती अशी की, दिलीप काळभोर याची विलास चव्हाण यांच्याशी एका कार्यक्रमात ओळख झाली. राज्यमंत्री दिलीप कांबळे यांची चांगली ओळख असून, त्यांच्या माध्यमातून दारूच्या दुकानाचा परवाना मिळवून देतो असे आमीष विलास चव्हाण यांना दाखवले. यासाठी मुंबईतील ‘स्पेन्सर रिटेल’चा परवाना ट्रान्स्फर करुन देतो, पण दोन कोटी 15 लाख रुपये द्यावे लागतील, असे आरोपी काळभोर याच्यासह आरोपी दयानंद वनंजे याने सांगितले. याबद्दल खात्री पटवून देण्यासाठी दोन्ही आरोपींनी विलास चव्हाण यांना राज्यमंत्री कांबळे यांच्या कार्यालयात नेले. त्यानंतर त्यांच्या सगळ्या अटी मान्य केल्यास परवाना मिळवून देऊ, असे आश्वासन स्वत: कांबळे यांनी चव्हाण यांना दिले होते. त्यानंतर ही पैसे मिळवण्यासाठी चव्हाण यांनी वैजापूर मर्चंट को-ऑपरेटिव्ह बँकेचे कर्ज काढले. शिवाय, कर्जासाठी पत्नीच्या नावावर असलेली 15 एकर जमीन, ‘माथेरान’ हॉटेल आणि औरंगाबादेतील आदित्यनगर येथील राहते घर बँकेला गहाण ठेवले. त्यानंतर वेगवेगळ्या वेळी एकूण 52 लाख 50 हजार रूपये ‘आरटीजीएस’द्वारे वरील तिन्ही आरोपींसह आरोपी सुनिल जबरचंद मोदी याच्या खात्यावर जमा केले. शिवाय लाखोंची रोख रक्कमदेखील वेळोवेळी दिली. अशा प्रकारे एकूण एक कोटी 92 लाख रुपये आरोपींना दिले.
कांबळेंना दिले रोख 60 लाख असा विलास चव्हाण यांनी आरोप केला आहे की, राज्यमंत्री दिलीप कांबळे यांनी स्वत: त्यांच्या राहत्या घरी चव्हाण यांच्याकडून 60 लाख रूपये स्विकारले आहेत. त्यानंतर ‘तुमचे काम लवकरच होईल’, असे आश्वासन कांबळे यांनी दिले होते.
पैसे दिले तरीदेखील परवाना मिळत नसल्याने चव्हाण यांनी अनेकवेळा आरोपींशी संपर्क साधण्याचा प्रयत्न केला, पण त्यांच्याकडून उडवाउडविची उत्तरे मिळाली. शेवटी आपली फसवणुक झाल्याचे लक्षात आल्यावर विलास चव्हाण यांनी आयुक्तालयात 5 नोव्हेंबर 2018 ला तक्रार नोंदवली, पण आरोपीं विरोधात गुन्ह्याची नोंद होत नसल्याचे पाहून चव्हाण यांनी कोर्टात धाव घेतली. कोर्टाच्या आदेशानंतर 13 मार्चला गुन्हा नोंदवण्यात आला,ऐन लोकसभा निवडणुकीत भाजपचे राज्यमंत्री दिलीप कांबळे हे लाचेच्या आरोपात अडकल्याने पुण्यातील भाजप विरोधकांना आयतेच हातात कोलीत मिळालं आहे,त्यामुळे भाजप नेत्यांपुढे नवे संकट उभे राहिले आहे.
