दुष्काळामुळे मुलांच्या शिक्षणात अडथळा येत असेल तर मदत करण्याबाबत प्रयत्न करु असे आश्वासन राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसचे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष खासदार शरद पवार यांनी शेतकऱ्यांना दिले. लोकसभा निवडणुक संपताच पवार यांनी सोलापूर जिल्ह्यात दुष्काळी दौरा करून शेतक-यांच्या समस्या जाणून घेतल्या.
राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस पक्षाचे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष शरद पवार हे सध्या राज्यातील दुष्काळी भागाच्या दौऱ्यावर आहेत. आज सांगोला तालुक्यातील यलमार मंगेवाडी येथील चारा छावण्यांची पाहणी करून त्यांनी शेतकऱ्यांशी संवाद साधला.सध्या फक्त पाच जनावरांना छावणीत प्रवेश आहे, सरसकट जनावरांना चारा छावणीत प्रवेश मिळावा, रोज पंधरा किलो चारा मिळतो, जनावरांना अधिक चारा मिळावा अशी विनंती शेतकऱ्यांनी यावेळी शरद पवार यांच्याकडे केली.दुष्काळाआधी दोन हजार लिटर दूध संकलन होत असलेल्या यलमार मंगेवाडी गावात आता दूध संकलन दोनशे लिटरवर आले आहे, अशी भीषण परिस्थिती गावकऱ्यांनी शरद पवार यांच्या समोर मांडली.यावेळी पवार यांनी शेतकऱ्यांकडून दुष्काळी परिस्थिती जाणून घेतली, तसेच गावातील किती मुलं शिक्षणासाठी बाहेरगावी आहेत याबाबतची विचारणाही केली.
