नवी दिल्ली : भारत संरक्षणक्षेत्रात पुढे जात आहे. भारत मैत्री करणे जाणतो आणि उत्तर देणे ही जाणतो, अशा शब्दात पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींनी चीनला गर्भित इशारा दिला आहे. ते म्हणाले की, आम्ही जे काही करतो, ती देशसेवाच असते. आपला देश सक्षम आणि स्वावलंबी बनणे हीच शहिदांना खरी श्रद्धांजली ठरेल. भारतमातेकडे डोळे वर करून पाहणाऱ्यांना उत्तर मिळाले आहे. वीरपुत्रांच्या त्यागाचा आम्हाला अभिमान आहेत. या वीरपुत्रांचे माता-पिता धन्य आहेत, असे मोदी यावेळी म्हणाले.
देशातील कोरोनाचे वाढते संकट आणि लॉकडाऊन दरम्यान पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींनी अनेकदा देशाला संबोधित केलं. पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी ‘मन की बात’ रेडिओ कार्यक्रमाद्वारे देशवासियांशी संवाद साधला. पंतप्रधान मोदी ‘मन की बात’ या कार्यक्रमातून पुन्हा जनतेशी संवाद साधला. ‘मन की बात’चा आजचा 66 वा भाग होता. मोदी म्हणाले की, लडाखमध्ये आपले जे वीर जवान हुतात्मा झाले, त्यांच्या शौर्यापुढे आज संपूर्ण देश नमन करतो आहे, श्रद्धांजली देतो आहे, संपूर्ण देश त्यांच्यासमोर कृतज्ञ आहे, नतमस्तक आहे. या वीरांच्या कुटुंबियांप्रमाणेच, प्रत्येक भारतीयाच्या मनात, त्यांना गमावल्याचे दुःख आहे. जगाने, या काळात भारताच्या विश्वबंधुत्वाच्या भावनेचीही अनुभूती घेतली आणि त्याचसोबत, आपल्या सीमांचे रक्षण करण्यासाठी भारताची ताकद आणि भारताची कटिबद्धता देखील आपण पहिली आहे. लडाखमध्ये भारताच्या भूमीकडे, वाकड्या नजरेने, बघणाऱ्या लोकांना चोख उत्तर मिळाले आहे, असं मोदी म्हणाले.
मोदी म्हणाले की, भारताची परंपरा विश्वास आणि मैत्री जपणं ही आहे. सर्वांचा संकल्प आणि समर्पण देशासाठी आवश्यक आहे. स्थानिक, देशी वस्तू खरेदी करणे हा स्वावलंबी भारत बनवण्याचा मार्ग आहे. स्थानीय वस्तूंची खरेदी करा. ही एक प्रकारची देशसेवाच आहे. देशाची आवश्यकता समजून लोकल खरेदीला प्राधान्य द्या, असं म्हणत मोदींनी विदेशी खासकरुन चिनी वस्तू न वापरण्याबाबत संकेत दिले. मोदी यावेळी म्हणाले की, स्वातंत्र्यानंतर, आपल्या पूर्व-अनुभवांचा जेवढा उपयोग करुन घ्यायला हवा होता, तेवढा आपण घेऊ शकलो नाही. आज मात्र, संरक्षण क्षेत्रात, तंत्रज्ञानाच्या क्षेत्रात, भारत पुढे जाण्याचा सातत्याने प्रयत्न करतो आहे. भारत स्वयंपूर्णतेच्या दिशेने पावले टाकतो आहे. भारताचा इतिहासच संकटातून तावून-सुलाखून अधिक झळाळून बाहेर पडण्याचा आहे. शेकडो वर्षे, अनेक आक्रमकांनी भारतावर आक्रमणं केलीत, भारताला संकटात लोटलं, लोकांना वाटलं होतं की भारताची संस्कृतीच संपून जाईल.मात्र, या संकटांमधूनही भारत अधिकच भव्य आणि सक्षम होत बाहेर पडला.
मोदी म्हणाले की, सज्जनांची विद्या, ज्ञानासाठी असते, धन इतरांना मदत करण्यासाठी आणि ताकद, लोकांचं रक्षण करण्यासाठी उपयोगात आणली जाते. भारताने आपली ताकद, नेहमी याच भावनेने वापरली आहे, भारताचा संकल्प आहे- भारताचा स्वाभिमान आणि सार्वभौमत्वाचे रक्षण आणि आत्मनिर्भर भारत. आता आपण अनलॉकच्या काळात आहोत. या काळात, आपल्याला दोन गोष्टींवर भर द्यायचा आहे- कोरोनाला हरवायचे आहे आणि अर्थव्यवस्थेला अधिक मजबूत बनवायचे आहे. लॉकडाऊनपेक्षा जास्त सतर्कता आपल्याला अनलॉकच्या काळात बाळगायची आहे. जर तुम्ही मास्क वापरत नसाल, दोन मीटरचे अंतर ठेवत नसाल, तर तुम्ही स्वतःसोबत इतरांच्या आयुष्याला,विशेषतः, घरातली मुले आणि ज्येष्ठांना संकटात टाकत आहात, म्हणूनच, सर्व देशबांधवांना माझी विनंती आहे की तुम्ही निष्काळजीपणा करु नका, असं मोदी म्हणाले. ते म्हणाले की, आपण स्थानिक म्हणजे लोकल गोष्टी विकत घ्याल, त्यासाठी #VocalForLocal होत, त्यांचा प्रचार कराल, तर असं समजा, की देश मजबूत बनवण्यात आपणही आपली भूमिका पार पाडत आहात. ही देखील, एकप्रकारे देशसेवाच आहे. आसामच्या रजनी यांनी मला पत्रात लिहिलं आहे की पूर्व लद्दाख मध्ये जे काही झाले, ते बघून त्यांनी एक शपथ घेतली आहे की त्या यापुढे नेहमी स्वदेशी वस्तूंचीच खरेदी करतील, इतकेच नाही तर त्याचा प्रसार-प्रचारही करतील. असे संदेश, मला देशाच्या कानाकोपऱ्यातून येत आहेत. ज्यांच्या मुलांना हे वीरमरण आलं त्यांचे माता-पिता, आपल्या दुसऱ्या मुलांनाही, घरातल्या इतर मुलांनाही, सैन्यात दाखल करण्याविषयी बोलत आहेत. खरंच, या कुटुंबियांचा त्याग वंदनीय आहे. हाच दृढ संकल्प आपल्याला, आपल्या जीवनाचे ध्येय बनवायचे आहे, असं मोदी म्हणाले.

आपत्तींमुळे आपण 2020 हे वर्षच वाईट आहे, असं म्हणणार का? आधीचे सहा महिने जसे जाताहेत, त्या कारणामुळे संपूर्ण वर्षच वाईट जाईल, असा विचार करणं योग्य आहे का? नाही, माझ्या प्रिय देशबांधवांनो, बिलकूल नाही. ते म्हणाले की, कोरोना या साथीच्या आजारावर बरेच बोलणे झाले आहे. हे वर्ष कधी संपेल अशी चर्चा लोक करत आहेत. हे वर्ष चांगले नाही असे लोक बोलत आहेत. 130 कोटी देशबांधवांनी पुढे पाउल टाकलं तर हेच वर्ष, देशासाठी नवनवे विक्रम रचणारे वर्ष सिध्द होईल. याच वर्षात, देश नवी उदिष्ट प्राप्त करेल, नवी भरारी घेईल,नव्या उंचीवर पोहोचेल. मला माझ्या 130 कोटी देशबांधवांच्या शक्तीवर पूर्ण विश्वास आहे, असं पंतप्रधान मोदी म्हणाले. देशात सतत नवनवी आव्हानं समोर येत आहेत. काही दिवसांपूर्वी देशाच्या पूर्व किनाऱ्यावर #Amphan चक्रीवादळ आले होते, तर पश्चिम किनाऱ्यावर #Nisarga चक्रीवादळ धडकले होते. सगळ्यामध्ये आपल्या शेजारी राष्ट्रांकडून ज्या कुरापती सुरु आहेत, त्या आव्हानांचाही देश सामना करतो आहे, असंही ते म्हणाले.
