प्रभाग क्र २६ मधील कोरोना पॉझिटिव्ह रुग्णांच्या मदतीसाठी झटणारे नगरसेवक नाना भानगिरे कोरोनावर मात करून जनसेवेत पुन्हा रुजू झाले, आपल्या मालकीचे हॉटेल व लॉजमध्ये कोरोना रुग्णांसाठी १०० बेड उपलब्ध करून घेण्याचा9 निर्णय घेऊन आपली कार्यक्षमता सिद्ध केली.
गेले कित्येक दिवस कोरोना या रोगावर मात करण्यासाठी नगरसेवक प्रमोद नाना भानगिरे यांनी प्रभागात मास्क, सॅनिटायझर, गरीब गरजूंना धान्य वाटप, पोलीस अधिकारी पासून डॉक्टर पासून ते मेडिकल तसेच साफ सफाई कर्मचारी, महानगरपालिका अधिकारी यांना पीपीई किटचे वाटप केले. याबरोबरच नागरिकांचे स्वॅब टेस्टिंग पासून रुग्णालयात दाखल करण्याबरोबर उपचार पासून काळजी घेण्यापर्यंत सर्व सेवा उपलब्ध करून दिली.
नगरसेवक प्रमोद नाना भानगिरे यांच्या माध्यमातून प्रभागात सर्व सोयीसुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्याचा पुरेपूर प्रयत्न केला, तसेच हे वाढते प्रमाण रोखण्यासाठी, जागोजागी मोफत आरोग्य तपासणी शिबिरे आयोजित केली. प्रत्येक सोसायटी मध्ये सॅनिटायझर मशीन चौका चौकात हात धुवायचे मशीन उपलब्ध करून दिले, प्रत्येक सोसायटी व बैठी घराच्या भागामध्ये औषध फवारणी करून कोरोना पासून आपल्या नागरिकांना कसे सुरक्षित करता येईल याचा प्रयत्न भानगिरे यांनी केला.

या शुभेच्छा मुळे नगरसेवक नाना भानगिरे हॉस्पिटल मधून सुखरूप बाहेर पडले. तसेच आल्या आल्या नागरिकांसाठी कोरोना कवारनटाईन सेंटर साठी आपले स्वतःचे हॉटेल व लॉज उपलब्ध करून या वर मोफत उपचार, डॉक्टर, पेशंट साठी जेवण राहणे,इतर उपचार करून देण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. त्यांच्या या निर्णयामुळे नागरिकांनी समाधान व्यक्त केले आहे.
