तत्काळ चौकशी करून कडक कारवाईचे प्रशासनाला निर्देश
मुंबई दि ९: भंडारा जिल्हा रुग्णालयातील आगीत निष्पाप 10 बालकांचा मृत्यू होणं ही अतिशय दुर्दैवी आणि मन सुन्न करणारी घटना आहे. यासंदर्भात सखोल चौकशी करून दोषींवर कठोरात कठोर कारवाई करण्याचे निर्देश मी दिले आहेत असे मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी आपली प्रतिक्रिया देतांना म्हटले आहे. सध्याच्या काळात राज्यभरातली आरोग्य यंत्रणा, सर्व रुग्णालये कोरोनाशी लढताहेत मात्र रुग्णालयाच्या सुरक्षेशी तडजोड अजिबात चालणार नाही. अशा दुर्घटना भविष्यात होऊ नये म्हणून राज्यातील सर्वच रुग्णालयांचे फायर ऑडीट व्यवस्थित झाले आहे का ते पाहण्याचे निर्देश देखील त्यांनी दिले आहेत.
या घटनेविषयी कळताच मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार, आरोग्यमंत्री राजेश टोपे, आरोग्य राज्यमंत्री राजेंद्र पाटील-यड्रावकर तसेच जिल्हाधिकारी यांच्याशी चर्चा केली, घटनेची विस्तृत माहिती घेऊन वाचलेल्या बालकांच्या उपचारांत कोणतीही हयगय होणार नाही हे पाहण्याच्या सूचनाही त्यांनी प्रशासनाला दिल्या.
मरण पावलेल्या 10 बालकांच्या पालकांना प्रत्येकी 5 लाख रुपये मदतीची घोषणा देखील त्यांनी केली तसेच या आगीत कुणी जखमी झाले असल्यास त्यावर देखील उपचार करण्यात यावे असेही त्यांनी सांगितले.
या आगीतून अग्निशमन विभागाचे अधिकारी व वैद्यकीय कर्मचार्यांनी ७ बालकांना वाचविले आणि आग पसरू नये म्हणून प्रयत्नांची पराकाष्ठा केली म्हणून संपूर्ण रुग्णालय वाचले. या वाचलेल्या बालकांवर कोणतीही हयगय न होता व्यवस्थित उपचार सुरु ठेवा असेही निर्देश मी दिले आहेत, पण ही घटना मन सुन्न करणारी आहे असे सांगून मुख्यमंत्री म्हणतात की, कोवळ्या जीवांना मरण आले. कितीही सांत्वन केले तरी हे दु;ख भरून येणारे नाही. मी मुख्यमंत्री म्हणून या अतिशय दुर्दैवी घटनेत मरण पावलेल्या बालकांच्या पालकांच्या भावना समजू शकतो, त्यांच्यावर दु;खाचा डोंगर कोसळला आहे. राज्य शासन त्यांच्या या दु;खात सहभागी आहे. पण इतकेच करून चालणार नाही. या दुर्घटनेसाठी जे जबाबदार असतील त्यांची चौकशी करून तत्काळ कठोरात कठोर कारवाई करण्यास मी गृहमंत्री आणि आरोग्य मंत्री दोघानांही सांगितले असल्याचे मुख्यमंत्री म्हणतात.
नागपूरच्या अग्निशमन अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालयाचे तज्ञ आणि विद्युत विभागाचे अधिकारी भंडारा येथे उपस्थित असून आगीच्या नेमक्या कारणांचा शोध घेताहेत असे सांगून मुख्यमंत्री म्हणतात की. या इमारतीतील बालकांसाठीच्या या नव्या कक्षाचे लोकार्पण २०१५ मध्ये झाले होते मात्र त्याचे ऑडीट पूर्ण झाले होते किंवा नाही आणि झाले नसेल तर का झाले नव्हते याविषयी संपूर्ण माहिती घेऊन पुढील कारवाई लगेच करण्यात येईल. या दुर्घटनेच्या तपासाची अद्ययावत माहिती दररोज कळवायचे निर्देशही त्यांनी दिले आहेत.,

पोलादपुर तालुक्यातील कुडपण धनगर वाडी येथे लग्नाच्या वर्‍हाडाचा ट्रक दरीत कोसळल्याची घटना देखील घडली, त्याची दखलही मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी घेतली असून या अपघातातील मृतांच्या नातेवाईकांच्याप्रती शोकसंवेदना प्रगट केली आहे. जखमींवर व्यवस्थित उपचार करण्यासही त्यांनी सांगितले आहे. हा अपघात कसा झाला तसेच ट्रकमध्ये इतके प्रवासी कसे बसले होते व नियमांचे पालन झाले नव्हते का अशी विचारणाही करण्यात आली आहे.
