एक महिन्यांचा शिधा, शिवभोजन थाळीही मोफत देणार
कामगारांसह, आदिवासी, असंघटीत क्षेत्राला दिलासा
मुंबई, दि. १३ : – कोरोना विषाणूची साखळी तोडणे आवश्यक असल्याने राज्यात आणखी कडक निर्बंध लावण्याची घोषणा करतांना या काळात आर्थिक दुर्बल घटकांना याचा त्रास होऊ नये म्हणून त्यांना दिलासा देणारे ५ हजार ४७६ कोटी रुपयांच्या मदतीचे पॅकेज मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी जाहीर केले आहे.
राज्यात उद्या बुधवार दि १४ एप्रिल २०२१ पासून रात्री ८ वाजेपासून १ मे २०२१ पर्यंत हे कडक निर्बंध लागू राहतील व या काळात संपूर्ण संचारबंदी राहील. केवळ आवश्यक सेवा सुविधा सुरु राहतील. यासंदर्भातील ब्रेक दि चेनचे नवे आदेश आज प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आले आहेत.
राज्यात मार्च २०२१ पासून कोविड-१९ ची दुसरी लाट आली असून या लाटेमध्ये बाधितांची संख्या दिवसेंदिवस वाढू लागली आहे. रुग्णांची संख्या कमी करण्याची गरज म्हणून कडट टाळेबंदी लागू करण्यात येत आहे. पण या काळात आर्थिक दुर्बल घटकांना दिलासा देण्यासाठी अन्नधान्य आणि आर्थिक सहाय करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे. कोरोना संकटाचा मुकाबला करताना शासन गरजूंच्या पाठिशी उभे आहे. याकाळात कुणाचीही आबाळ होऊ देणार नसल्याचेही मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी म्हटले आहे.
*सर्व दुर्बल घटकांना दिलासा*
आर्थिक दुर्बल घटकांमधील दारिद्रय रेषेखालील कुटुंबे, महिला, वयोवृध्द नागरीक, विधवा, दिव्यांग, असंघटित क्षेत्रातील नागरिक, कामगार, रिक्षाचालक व आदिवासी समाज यांना विचारात घेवून आर्थिक सहाय देण्यात येणार आहे. यासाठी अन्न, नागरी पुरवठा व ग्राहक संरक्षण विभाग, सामाजिक न्याय व विशेष सहाय्य विभाग, उद्योग-ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग, नगर विकास विभाग आणि आदिवासी विकास विभाग यांच्या माध्यमातून लाभार्थ्यांना अर्थसहाय देण्यात येणार आहे.
*एक महिना मोफत अन्नधान्य*
अन्न सुरक्षा योजना लाभार्थी मोफत अन्नधान्य योजनेतून राज्यातील सुमारे सात कोटी लाभार्थ्यांना प्रति व्यक्ती ३ किलो गहू, २ किलो तांदूळ याप्रमाणे एक महिना मोफत अन्नधान्य देण्यात येईल.
*शिवभोजन थाळी मोफत*
राज्यात शिवभोजन योजनेतून गरजूंना एक महिना शिवभोजन थाळी मोफत देण्यात येतील. सुमारे दोन लाख थाळ्या देण्याचे नियोजन आहे.
*निवृत्तीवेतन योजना लाभार्थींना आर्थिक सहाय्य*
या विभागाच्या संजय गांधी निराधार योजना, श्रावणबाळ आणि केंद्र पुरस्कृत इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय वृद्धापकाळ निवृत्तीवेतन योजना, इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय विधवा निवृत्ती वेतन, इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय दिव्यांग निवृत्ती वेतन योजना, अशा या पाच योजनेतील सुमारे ३५ लाख लाभार्थ्यांना दोन महिन्यांकरिता प्रत्येकी एक हजार रुपयांचे आर्थिक सहाय्य आगाऊ देण्यात येईल. .
*बांधकाम कामगारांना अनुदान*
नोंदणीकृत बांधकाम कामगार कल्याण योजनेंतर्गत महाराष्ट्र इमारत व इतर कामगार कल्याणकारी मंडळाच्या निधीमधून राज्यातील नोंदणीकृत अशा सुमारे १२ लाख बांधकाम कामगारांना प्रत्येकी पंधराशे रुपयांचे अनुदान देण्यात येईल. याशिवाय राज्यातील २५ लाख घरेलू कामगारांसाठी विविध कल्याणकारी सहाय्यासाठी भरीव निधीची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे.
*फेरीवाल्यांना आर्थिक सहाय्य*
राज्यातील सुमारे पाच लाख फेरीवाल्यांना प्रत्येकी पंधराशे रुपयांचे आर्थिक सहाय्य देण्यात येईल. ही रक्कम थेट फेऱीवाल्यांच्या बँक खात्यात जमा करण्यात येणार आहे.
राज्यातील बारा लाख रिक्षाचालकांनाही प्रत्येकी पंधराशे रुपयांचे अर्थसहाय्य देण्यात येईल.
*आदिवासी कुटुंबांना सहाय्य*
आदिवासी विकास विभागाच्या खावटी योजनेचा लाभ घेत असलेल्या सुमारे १२ लाख आदिवासी कुटुंबांना प्रति कुटुंब दोन हजार रुपयांचे आर्थिक सहाय्य येईल.
*कोविडवरील सुविधा उभारणी*
याशिवाय जिल्हास्तरावरील टाळेबंदी कालावधीतील व्यवस्थापनासाठी सुमारे ३ हजार ३०० कोटी रुपयांची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे. यातून जिल्ह्यांना कोविडवरील औषधोपचार, उपकरणे, सुविधा उभारणी व इतर व्यवस्थेसाठी हा निधी संबंधित जिल्ह्याला देण्यात येईल.
याशिवाय स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्था व राज्य शासन व इतर शासकीय संस्था यांना द्यावे लागणारे कर, शुल्क व इतर देय रकमा या एप्रिल व मे या दोन महिन्यांसाठी विनाव्याज भरण्यासाठी परवानगी देण्यात येत आहे.
