अभिनेत्री स्पृहा जोशी सध्या झांसीमध्ये आपल्या आगामी सिनेमाच्या चित्रीकरणात व्यस्त आहे. मात्र हे चित्रीकरण ह्या आठवड्याअखेरीस आटोपून ती लवकरच परतणार आहे. आणि पाणी फाउंडेशनच्या श्रमदानात आमिर खान आणि इतर मराठी कलाकारांसह सहभागी होणार आहे.
सूत्रांच्या अनुसार, स्पृहा जोशी गेल्यावर्षी पुरंदर तालुक्यातल्या पोखर ह्या गावात श्रमदानासाठी गेली होती. श्रमदानाशिवायही पाणी फाउंडेशनच्या वर्षभर होणा-या कार्यक्रमांना स्पृहा सक्रिय सहभागी होती.
अभिनेत्री स्पृहा जोशी 1 मे रोजी श्रमदानासाठी जाणार आहे. ती गेल्यावर्षीच्या अनुभवाविषयी सांगते, “मुंबई-पुण्यातल्या सुखासीन आयुष्याच्या बाहेर भयावह परिस्थितीत पाण्यासाठी वणवण करणा-या लोकांची आयुष्य पाणी फाउंडेशनच्या मोहिमेमूळे मला पाहायला मिळाली. पाणी फाउंडेशनसोबत, दुष्काळाशी दोन हात करताना, पक्षीय राजकारणाच्या पलिकडे जाऊन संघटित होणारे, जातव्यवस्था निर्मुलन होऊन, एकमेकांमधले पिढ्यान् पिढ्यांचे मतभेद विसरून, एकत्र पंगतीला बसणारे गावकरी मी पाहिलेत. मोठ्या शहरात राहणारी सुखवस्तू कुटूंबातली उच्चशिक्षित मुलं, गावात येऊन कुदळ-फावडे घेऊन उन्हात घाम गाळताना पाहताना, इंडिया भारतात परतल्याचा सुखद अनुभव मिळतो.”
