नारायणगाव : ‘तुमच्यावर समोरून कोणत्या स्वरूपाचे आरोप होतील, हे आपल्या हातात नसते. मात्र मी सुसंस्कृतता न सोडता शाश्वत विकासाचे मुद्दे मांडत प्रचार सुरु ठेवला. आपल्या मातीचे संस्कार विसरलो नाही. मला ज्या पद्धतीने मायबाप जनतेने स्वीकारले, ते पाहता चित्र काय असेल? हे वेगळे सांगायला नको. त्यामुळे शिरूर लोकसभा मतदार संघात यंदा शंभर टक्के इतिहास घडणार आहे’, असा दावा राष्ट्रवादीचे उमेदवार डॉ. अमोल कोल्हे यांनी केला.
नारायणगाव येथील कोल्हे मळ्यातील जिल्हा परिषद शाळेत डॉ. कोल्हे आणि पत्नी अश्विनी यांनी मतदानाचा हक्क बजावला. त्यानंतर कोल्हे दाम्पत्यांनी प्रसिद्धी माध्यमांशी संवाद साधला.
यंदा शिरूरमध्ये इतिहास घडेल असा दावा करत डॉ. कोल्हे म्हणाले, ‘जनतेने ही निवडणूक हातात घेतली असून प्रत्येक घटकाने मेहनत घेऊन हिरीरीने ही निवडणूक लढली आहे. त्यामुळे ही निवडणूक चुरशीची आहे. तरुणांची मोठी ताकद माझ्यामागे स्वयंस्फूर्तीने उभी राहिली आणि ज्यावेळी तरुणाई स्वयंस्फूर्तीने बाहेर पडते, त्यावेळी नक्कीच वेगळे लक्षण असते’.
अश्विनी कोल्हे म्हणाल्या, ‘ज्यावेळी राजकीय मैदानात उतरलो, त्यावेळी खूप शंका मनात होत्या. पण आता समाधान वाटत आहे. आपल्याकडून एक कार्य चांगले कार्य घडत आहे. जनतेच्या मिळालेल्या प्रतिसादामुळे आम्ही प्रचंड आशावादी आहोत. मी प्रचारात फार सक्रिय नव्हते, मात्र घर सांभाळून कुटुंबातील सर्वांना मानसिक आधार देण्याचा प्रयत्न केला’.
